Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha was transgender in the early years of her high school career. Sasha's family supported him through the tough times, and she knew that he was capable of anything with music. Jim and Sasha each have a songwriter. They have been performing at local venues as well as open mics elsewhere. The Voice coaches never discussed Sasha's background, but Jim and Sasha have shared their story through a short video that was shown prior to their performance. Sasha began playing the guitar when she was just six years old. They discussed their music tastes as well as shared their stories about the first time they met. As his father is a professional music educator, he was better at understanding the concept. Sasha is a woman who was born, and struggled with his identity when he was a kid. In an Instagram post posted recently she spoke out about the struggles he had to face. Jim was overcome with tears as he described why the reason he was not a part of these trying times. Sasha Allen is a contestant on The Voice. She was born a girl. Sasha Allen turns 19 in 2021. In the year Sasha was a freshman in the high school system, he came out as trans and began transitioning to male. Sasha declared via Instagram the fact that he is only the third transgender person to have ever appeared on the series. Sasha said that he was very proud and honored to be a part of the entire trans community.
